Email [email protected]. Include the email address on your StudyPattern account and a short description of what happened. Never send your password, verification links, or password-reset links.

Signing in

For an email/password account, verify your email before signing in. If a link has expired, request a new one from the verification screen. Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to request a reset link. If you joined through Google, try “Continue with Google” with the same Google account.

GRE trials, billing, and cancellation

Your 7-day trial starts when you first enter GRE in the app. It does not require a credit card, and you will not be charged automatically when it ends. Your progress stays saved if you choose not to purchase a plan. See GRE plans and pricing for access periods and what is included.

To manage a monthly subscription, payment method, or receipts, open Settings → Billing in the app. Canceling stops the next renewal; your access continues through the paid period. The three-month and six-month passes do not renew automatically.

For refund requests or a charge you need help understanding, email [email protected] from your account address. Include the date and a short description of the issue. Do not send card details.

Study questions and technical problems

Tell us which lesson or question you were using, what you expected, and what happened. For a public practice guide, include its page link and question number. Your browser/device can help us investigate technical problems. If you include a screenshot, remove personal information or account links you do not want to share.

Privacy and account deletion

Email us from your account address to request a copy of your information, a correction, or account deletion. We verify ownership before acting. Deleting your account also removes your saved study history and progress. See our Privacy policy for details about retention and backups.
